My husband and I have stumbled upon the National Film Board of Canada‘s website. It’s an incredible resource for dated – but amazing films.
In particular, we have been watching Bill Mason films. It started with Cry of the Wild which just takes me back to my life in the Yukon, but also his other films like Song of the Paddle and this morning we watched Pukaskwa National Park. It’s so wonderful to have these films available to us in today’s age where everything is digital.
These old films are humbling and honest.
