It’s about time! I have been writing and contributing to Waboose Adventures since my very first post on June 23, 2014 about hiking at the Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah. My idea behind the blog was to photograph and write about my adventures in nature. Through my other blogs (pre-Waboose Adventures), people have said that they feel like they’re there with me on adventures, so I really wanted to build on that.
2.5 years later, I now have a logo ready to take the place of my profile picture. My new logo is an amazing representation of exactly what it is I do. I take pictures in nature. My talented friend, Shanna Nozdryn, created the logo for me and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out! The canoe, colour scheme, white pine, landscape and of course camera are things that drive my passion and inspiration and they have come together to represent Waboose Adventures.
Not only does Waboose Adventures have a new logo, but my Facebook page has reached over 500 likes this past week and my Twitter account is over 400! I’m still growing on Instagram but I know things take time. I want to thank each and every one of you who have liked, followed or written comments on my website or social media platforms. Your encouragement and support is inspiration to keep writing and making photographs to share.
So many wonderful happenings for Waboose Adventures are taking place right now, and I’m excited to share them with you as they start unfolding!
